In the United States, the Guardian Girls USA is a national program of the Guardian Girls, which the Koyamada International Foundation USA (KIF USA) manages all partnership projects and activities. At a national and local level, KIF USA strategically partners with an United Nations agency and its affiliated organizations, governments, sports organizations, corporations and community organizations to develop and implement the program that benefits girls and women in cities in the United States.

At a global level, the World Karate Federation (WKF) joined the Koyamada International Foundaiton (KIF) and United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) to launch a new partnership project Guardian Girls Global Karate Project (Guardian Girls Karate) in October 2022. WKF is the international governing body of sport Karate and a member of the International Olympic Committee (IOC). In the United States, KIF USA and USA National Karate-Do Federation (USA Karate) have partnered to develop and implement the Guardian Girls Karate.
